While most HR professionals, managers and supervisors understand that discriminatory, harassing and retaliatory actions are prohibited, this seminar will shed light on policies, practices and everyday interactions that heighten the risks employers, managers and supervisors face when dealing with employees.
Participants will learn to identify scenarios which may trigger employee claims, including those which may be perceived as unlawful despite a lack of any intent to discriminate or retaliate by HR, the manager or the supervisor. This seminar will discuss litigation and enforcement trends and also outline steps to reduce exposure while supporting fair, consistent employment decisions.
