Compliance Essentials: Compliance for Mortgage Loan Originators

Mortgage Loan Originators (MLOs) are required by section 1026.36 of Regulation Z to have “periodic training covering Federal and State law requirements that apply to the individual loan originator’s loan origination activities.” This month’s Compliance Essentials class is designed to meet this requirement.

• Home Mortgage Disclosure Act (Reg C)

LOGISTICS

• This will be a FOUR hour class, including a half hour lunch break.
• This class will be held in person and online.
• Lunch will be provided for in-person attendees.
• An email with a link to the Zoom meeting and class documents will be sent out registered online participants prior to the class.
• This class is free of charge to all credit unions that are Association members. 
• Can’t attend? No problem. A recording of the class and class materials will be available after the class.
