MEET THE PRESENTER

Before coming to WesPay, Connie LaChance has spent nearly twenty years working in the credit union industry. She began her career in accounting and quickly became immersed in ACH payments. For over twelve years, she has been in involved in ACH Operations; with the past eight years managing the ACH department at Ent Credit Union and participating in the Federal Reserve’s Retail Payments Advisory Group. Connie currently holds the AAP, APRP, and NCP designations.
