We are Hiring: Consumer Lending Leader & All-Around Credit Union Champion

Our small but mighty credit union—serving our fiercely loyal membership for over 93 years—is seeking a dynamic, multi-talented individual to lead our Consumer Lending Team, assist with back-office support, and provide occasional IT troubleshooting. This is a unique opportunity to shape the future of our credit union while wearing multiple hats and making a real impact.

What You will Do:

·         Lead and inspire our consumer and real estate lending operations as our Lending Manager. You will be working with our credit union members and the other staff members of our lending team to keep us a leader in lending.

·         Champion compliance and regulatory excellence. As a regulated business you must understand the NCUA regulations and keep us in line with our lending programs.

·         Collaborate and help direct marketing initiatives that connect with our community.

·         Support back-office functions and ensure smooth operations.

·         Engage with our members and help grow our credit union family.

·         Tackle IT challenges with confidence and creativity.

What We Are Looking For:

·         Prior leadership experience (always a plus!)

·         Familiarity with FLEX software is highly desirable.

·         Passion for marketing and member engagement

·         Strong understanding of compliance in a financial services setting

·         A flexible, can-do attitude and a love for teamwork
