2023 Volunteer Summit

This past weekend was our annual Volunteer Summit. With nearly 200 registered attendees, almost 30 Utah credit unions represented and a lineup of speakers that can’t be beat, we were able to have a fantastic two days full of increased networking, knowledge and motivation to advance the credit union movement!

Some highlights from the summit include:

• Friday morning we held the Chair/CEO pre-conference summit. Attendees met and had sessions regarding A.I. and its impact on the industry, leading organizations through change, and the changing demographics of Utah and the Hispanic market. 
• The Volunteer Summit kicked off Friday evening with a welcome reception, dinner, games and prizes. 
• Saturday, attendees learned about values-based leadership with Matt Griffin and the future of banking with Jim Kasch, along with various breakouts that covered: fair lending, marketing, technology and more.
