This webinar picks up where basic BSA leaves off. In this webinar we explore the responsibilities of the BSA officer and/or department. Starting with the Risk Assessment (soon to be a regulatory requirement) through the other “Pillars of Compliance” we will systematically review the requirements to meet the objectives of the credit union’s BSA and OFAC programs including CTRs, monitoring, SARs, and OFAC screening. After that, we will review any other latest developments and recent enforcement actions. BSA officers, anyone working with the BSA department, Branch Managers, risk, compliance and audit will all find useful information in this webinar.
