Even though check volumes are decreasing, we continue to see a rise in check related fraud. Join us as we look at the fraud numbers, the types of check fraud that are surging and how you can protect yourself, your organization or financial institution from losses.   

SUBJECT MATTER EXPERT

Before coming to WesPay, Connie LaChance spent nearly twenty years working in the credit union industry. She began her career in accounting and quickly became immersed in ACH payments. For over twelve years, she has been involved in ACH Operations; with the past eight years managing the ACH department at Ent Credit Union and participating in the Federal Reserve’s Retail Payments Advisory Group. Connie currently holds the AAP, APRP, and NCP designations.

LEARNING METHOD This training is available as an on-demand webinar, organized into chapters. Learners can choose to watch individual chapters or complete the entire program. Unlimited testing is provided as the last chapter. 

EXPIRY NOTE eTrain reserves the right to expire program links that may include information no longer valid such as regulation and rule changes. In most cases, we will expire a program no more than 4 weeks prior to an updated version being released. Expired programs will still appear in your My Account details area with EXPIRED and the year of the release in the title field.
