Member-Focused
We are a cooperative, which means we are owned and operated by our members. Your initial deposit of $25 into your Share Savings account makes you a member and part owner of the credit union. You have a say in the credit union’s decisions and actions.
Not-for-Profit Institution
We operate to promote the well-being of our members. Profits made by the credit union are returned back to members in the form of reduced fees, higher savings rates and lower loan rates.
Low or No Fees
We offer checks, withdrawals and electronic transfers free of charge. We also offer a free checking account with no minimum balance and without a monthly account service charge, which saves you hundreds of dollars per year.
Membership at Ascent Credit Union is available to everyone who lives, works, attends school, worships, or volunteers in Box Elder, Davis, Morgan, or Weber county
