Attention all Utah Debtor and Creditor Attorneys

The U.S. Trustee Program is implementing virtual section 341 meetings of creditors for all chapter 7, 12, and 13 cases in UTAH, Colorado, and Wyoming for all meetings beginning January 2023. These virtual meetings will be conducted via the Zoom platform.

On December 12, 2022, the U.S. Trustee Program hosted an Information Session to assist participants in preparing for this change. To provide an opportunity for those who were unable to attend the December session, the U.S. Trustee Program is reoffering this Information Session.

PLEASE JOIN THE U.S. TRUSTEE’S INFORMATION SESSION on the rollout of Zoom § 341 Meetings on January 23, 2023 at 2:00 p.m. via ZOOM.

The information session is open to everyone and will cover a variety of topics including:

Connecting to a Zoom Meeting,
Participating in a Virtual Meeting,
Requirements for Verifying a Debtor’s ID, and more.
