About 55 executives from 20 Utah credit unions attended the Association’s Executive Summit, held May 15-18 in St. George. The event included plenty of time for networking, a demographer from the University of Utah, and two hours of roundtable where attendees discussed a variety of topics—but were particularly interested in chatting about retaining and attracting employees.
The event—as always—gave attendees unparalleled opportunities to get to know people from other credit unions, and build relationships across the industry. The Executive Summit is held each spring in St. George, and credit unions send top executives to take advantage of the educational sessions and networking.
