Pictured above, 17 professionals from 10 Utah credit unions joined the Association team at its office to discuss operational topics.
Among other things, they chatted about training and retention of universal branch employees, staffing of branches, contact center metrics, chat services, regional organization and much more. Conversation was still going strong as people started dropping off due to the hour growing late, so the group agreed to re-convene in six months to further discussions.
The next Operations @Lunch Networking will take place on January 15, at the Association office.
The round table was part of the @Lunch Networking series of round tables the Association launched this year. Participants from many disciplines of credit union operations have enjoyed expanding their networks and sharing ideas. This operations meeting marks the end of the first round of gatherings. Future gatherings will generally happen six months after the last round table that was held for each group.
