Yesterday was session two of our Virtual Management Series. We had the pleasure of learning from Janie Warner, who has nearly 30 years of experience in executive management and human resources.
A great takeaway was that often leadership is talked about in a philisophical light rather than in applicable day-to-day reality. Leadership as a philosophy is important, but more than ideas, leadership is a series of actions – deliberate, purposeful actions – that shape the culture and identity of an organization.
We enjoyed our time with Janie and all of you!
