Attendees of the 2022 WCMS were challenged with an intensive WCMS Innovation Challenge team-based competition that allowed every student to return to their organization with a member-focused proposal. Students engaged with faculty from the Claremont Graduate University, Filene Research Institute, Pomona College, MIT Sloan School of Management and UCLA Anderson School of Management, as well as distinguished leaders within the credit union movement.
