Financial Counselor Academy

Register for our one and only session in 2026

The California Credit Union League, Nevada’s Credit Unions, and Utah’s Credit Unions in conjunction with the Richard Myles Johnson (RMJ) Foundation are pleased to provide the Financial Counselor Academy.

Designed to greatly enhance the self-study Financial Counseling Certification Program (FiCEP) offered by the America’s Credit Unions, this 13-week program uses America’s Credit Unions FiCEP edition 6 digital textbook as a learning foundation and adds elements to help participants easily grasp and retain counseling concepts and knowledge. Our engaging and interactive webinars use relevant examples and our fill-in-the blank study guides and live exam prep session help reinforce the knowledge you need to pass the exam and effectively perform your counseling duties.

Online sessions March 12 through May 21.

Online testing will take place May 28, June 1 and June 2.

In-person capstones will be June 16 (Salt Lake City).
